Lori A. Beer, 49 of rural Decatur died at her residence on Saturday, July 23, 2011. Lori was born on September 28, 1961 in Adams County, Indiana to Dale Troutner and Carol (Hamilton) McKean.

Lori attended Union Chapel United Methodist Church, was a member of the Moose Lodge #1311 and a homemaker.

Survivors include husband Kevin Beer of Decatur; three sons Shane Ford of White Rocks, UT, Brandon Ford of Milwaukee, WI, Logan Beer of Decatur; two daughters Lindsey (Ernesto) Morua of Ft. Wayne and Kasey Beer of Decatur; three brothers Scott Hackman of Indianapolis, Brad Hackman of Hawaii and Dylan McKean of Indianapolis; three sisters Tracy Troutner of Decatur, Jenifer Rafferty and Rose Troutner both of Ft Wayne; and 9 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Melissa Ford and her mother Carol McKean.

Funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, July 28, 2011 with visitation prior from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Haggard-Sefton and Hirschy Funeral Home. Pastor Ernie Suman will be officiating.
